I'm Tammy
HEALTH COACH, MENTOR & FRIEND.
For years I defined myself by my work - long hours, constantly "on", relying on anxiety (and caffeine) to get me through the day. Over time, the stress took its toll, and I realised I was deeply unwell. My journey through breast cancer was a turning point where movement became my medicine.
Reconnecting with the great outdoors brought me a sense of calm and joy that my life so dearly missed. My experiences have reshaped my priorities and led me to become a Health and Wellness Coach, where I combine empathy, evidence-based tools, and lived experience to help people.
